Marina Gibert was born in Girona (Spain) in the spring of 1989.
She spent all her childhood drawing in the margins of the literature and mathematics notebooks, until she finally started to study illustration at the School of Art and Design La Llotja in Barcelona (Spain). Later she attended the Children's Illustration Seminar at the Center of Art and Communication Ar.Co in Lisbon (Portugal), a city that captivated her and where she currently reside.
She have illustrated books, magazines and some walls.
She focus her work on nature, people and explore the book as an object.
